Netkik is a space for Powerful Kik energy and positive Sparks. You agree not to:

• Post content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or obscene.
• Impersonate others or misrepresent your identity.
• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) without permission.
• Engage in spam, advertising, or commercial activities not approved by Netkik.
• Violate intellectual property rights of others.
• Attempt to disrupt or overload our systems.
• Share private information without consent.

We encourage a Strong Net built on respect and authenticity. Violations may result in content removal, account suspension, or permanent ban.

4. User Content and Sparks

When you post, share, or create content on Netkik (text, images, videos, reactions), you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute it as needed to operate the platform.

You retain ownership of your content. However, you are solely responsible for it. Netkik does not endorse any user content.

Our unique Spark system allows you to deliver Powerful Kik moments through likes, reactions, comments, and shares. All interactions must follow these Terms.

5. Intellectual Property

All Netkik logos, designs, trademarks, and platform features are owned by Netkik. The stylized "N" with lightning, electric color palette (Electric Teal #00F5D4, Lightning Purple #9F1BFF, etc.), and the phrase “Net Strong. Kik Powerful. Where Sparks Happen.” are protected intellectual property.

You may not copy, modify, or use our branding without explicit permission.

6. Privacy and Data Protection

We use industry-standard security to keep your Strong Net safe.

7. Third-Party Links and Services

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us (if any) in the past 12 months.

You may stop using Netkik at any time by deleting your account. We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access for violations of these Terms or for any other reason.
